Winter workouts will begin the 1st week of November.  This is the perfect opportunity to get bigger, faster, and stronger and build chemistry and strong relationships with your teammates and coaches.   These workouts are for anyone not playing a winter sport. 

Devote time, effort, and energy to accomplishing your goals.  Season goals will not be attained without the proper preparation.   Each day you are competing against your teammates and players from opposing teams.   Don't let them outwork you!!! 

Right mindset, right results.  Workouts are a chance to get better and maximize your potential.  Allow yourself the luxury of succeeding in season, by working hard out of season. No one was ever successful by accident....
