The Gales Baseball Program is built around giving 100%.  It is the expectation of all involved to give 100%.  In baseball, and life, there are many variables that you can't control.  While we can not control everything, we can control our attitude and effort, and our reactions to these variables.  Each day is a blessing that requires your attention to detail, focus & drive, and the willingness to accomplish individual and team goals.  Give each day 100%, and you and our program will be where we want to be.
